Feature matrix
A truthful status for every capability in the five-stage plan. Nothing here claims production readiness.
How to read this
Working interface means the behaviour in the app is real. Demo behaviour means the interface is real but the data or processing is simulated. Placeholder only means the flow is explained but not performed.
Stage 1

Explicit boundaries
- No domain or DNS changes, and nothing is published.
- No customer login and no email sending.
- No real legal monitoring and no runtime AI in this stage.
- No invented facts about any real company.
- This is a demonstration environment, not a production compliance system.
