Companies
The company selector is a context control for the operator environment. It is not customer authentication or authorization — that remains deferred.
Functional separation is not authenticated tenant security
Company IDs scope queries, exports, jobs and AI inputs today. Customer login, authorization policies and cross-company isolation testing are a separate future release.
Intended access model (not active in this stage)
Viable8 grants each company access to exactly one workspace. A company user will then see only their own profile, register, tasks, evidence and reports, and never another company's data, enforced at storage level and not only in the interface. Viable8 staff keep the cross-company view seen here. Building this requires login and persistence, which arrive in Stage 2.
